111 Phillip Street Parramatta is set for a new Street Level look, Hollex Group will be providing Design, Supply and Installation of the New Facade.
The works includes a new Main Entry with a 7.5 meter Structurally Glazed Foyer, and a large 4 panel Revolving Door.
The Tenancies also receive a facelift with new Bi-Fold door assemblies and Sashless Double Hung Windows.
The Project has commenced and is set for completion in July /August 2021.
