30 First Avenue Broadbeach starts to take shape with the Level 12 Glazed Facade & Balustrade installation progressing well.

The Internal Finishes are now well advanced and pushing up behind us as we close the facade in the typical construction cycles.

During the build up to the Cyclone Alfred that thrashed the project in March, Hollex had complete trust in our designed system and confirm that we remained water-tight and secure throughout our installed works.
